After the Dutch Grand Prix at Circuit Zandvoort, Formula 1 has now travelled to Monza in Italy for the sixteenth round of the championship. Max Verstappen says: “Finishing P2 was a good result for us in Zandvoort and it was great to celebrate in front of my home crowd and feel that support.”
The Dutch Oracle Red Bull Racing driver adds: “Going on to Monza, it’s a very fast circuit and it of course has a great history and passionate fans. As a team there are things we need to work to improve, including how we are managing the tyres. It is about continuing performance from qualifying through into the race and having the pace on the long runs, especially on this track. I enjoy the old school circuit and we will see what the week brings.”
