Arrows tested new car.

The TWR Arrows team have tested their 1999 car this week at both Silverstone and the French circuit of Lurcy-Levis. Pedro de la Rosa spent two days in France while team-mate was at work at Silverstone. The team failed to complete their car for the first two races, but the team will reveal their 1999 cars in four days time.
