Williams surprisingly fast; Jos 20th

When at 11 o'clock the fog vanished and the track dried up the only traing session started (the previous one was cancelled due to heavy fog; this meant the FIA helicopter could not lift off)
The Williams drivers were surprisingly quick. Despite the low temperatures and the drying up of the track they lapped fast times and improved yesterday's fastest time.
Jos had problems, it appeared to be the gearbox and did not drive more than 7 laps which resulted in a 20th time.
