Q2: Jos still 12th

Jos Verstappen is still twelfth, after two qualifying sessions. Jos improved his time with a whole second but everyone did so he didn't manage to move forward on the grid. France is bottom due to a failed first qualifying lap. Nicolas Lapierre is improving as he just set a 1.17.216. fastest by far.
