Video: once again onboard with Max in the RB8 at Spa

Crazy donuts, scorching burn-outs, smoking rubber and howling sounds. That is what Max Verstappen treated the crowd with at Spa-Francorchamps the last weekend of May, when the World Series by Renault was held at the track in the Belgian Ardennes. In an Infinity Red Bull Racing Formula 1-car, the Scuderia Toro Rosso-driver produced some great shows on Saturday and also on Sunday.

Max not only amused the crowd, but also enjoyed it. “It's a lot of fun to do demonstrations and to entertain the crowd, especially with the classic loud Formula 1 noise”, said a visibly joyful Max as he referred to the howling V8 engine in the back of his Red Bull. “Creating smoke and entertaining the crowd is a lot of fun.”

In a few weeks’ time, Max will be performing on his home turf: on Sunday 28th June, during Italia a Zandvoort, Max will demonstrate his skills in a Formula 1-car. Even father Jos Verstappen will board a Minardi PS03 Formula 1-car to entertain the crowd even more with a spectacular demonstration run.
