TWR Arrows again has had some bad luck before the start of the first Grand Prix of the season. The seat of Damon Hill has failed to arrive in Australia. Technicians have hastily made a new one but a seat never fits the first time. Damon Hill is still optmistic about his chances this season though. The TWR Arrows has some features in it that others don't have access to he has claimed. Damon Hill didn't tell what these features are.
