The Tyrrell team has denied rumours that the team would be up for sale. Both the British Prodrive team and a new outfit to be set up by Craig Pollock, the manager of Jacques Villeneuve were linked to a buy-out of the traditional British team. Bob Tyrrell, the commercial director of the team expressed that the Tyrrell family are still enjoying the sport and have no intentions to sell their controlling interest in the team.
