Canadian Grand Prix 2020 postponed

The promoter of the 2020 FIA Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix has announced, following continual discussions with the FIA and Formula 1 over the past month, that the event will be postponed due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scheduled for June 14th, the Montreal event is the ninth to be lost thus far, putting the French Grand Prix on June 28th on the bubble as the first race of this year’s World Championship.
