In the friday morning session of the Grand Prix of Argentina Jos Verstappen drove to an incredible 4th place, only behind Schumacher, Coulthard and Hill. Due to an early retirement caused by engine problems in the afternoon free practice session Jos Verstappen wasn't able to repeat the fantastic result of the morning free practice session.
