Thierry looks ahead to final GTWC-race in Barcelona: 'Hope we can end on a high'

Verstappen.com Racing is represented in the DTM and GT World Challenge Sprint (GTWC) by Thierry Vermeulen, who drivers a Ferrari 296 GT3 of Emil Frey Racing. The Dutchman previews the upcoming GTWC weekend at Barcelona.

“The weekend in Barcelona is the final round of GT World Challenge Sprint. The season came to an end very quickly”, says Thierry. “I think, all in all, we had some ups and some downs. We started the season pretty strong, but throughout several weekends we missed out on some results.”

Thierry continues: “Hopefully here in Barcelona, a track both Giacomo and me enjoy driving, we can end on a high. We had a test here earlier this season and I think it is a track that should suit our Ferrari, so let’s try and use that to our advantage. The team has prepared very well so I’m excited to get the weekend started.”
