Max Verstappen named Driver of the Day in Interlagos

After a spectacular recovery drive in the Brazilian Grand Prix, Max Verstappen has been named 'Driver of the Day' for the fifth time this season, the fan-voted award in Formula 1.

Starting from the pit lane following a disappointing qualifying session, Max sliced through the field like a hot knife through butter. A bold strategy even briefly put the Oracle Red Bull Racing driver into the lead, but after a final pit stop for soft tyres, he found himself in fourth place. In the closing stages, Max managed to fight past George Russell’s Mercedes. The hunt was then on for Kimi Antonelli, but Max came up just short of overtaking the second Mercedes. He ultimately finished in an impressive third place, behind winner Norris and Antonelli in P2.

Max’s special Brazilian helmet is now available as a scale model (1:2 and 1:4). In addition, a Brazilian cap, sport shirt, and zip hoodie have been launched! Check it out: https://www.verstappen.com/collections/brazil-collection
