Jos Verstappen and navigator Renaud Jamoul have taken a dominant victory in the 6 Hours of Kortrijk Rally. The duo, crowned Belgian champions earlier this year, competed in Belgium with a Citroën C3 Rally2, prepared by Sarrazin Motorsport and running under the Verstappen.com Racing banner.

The rally around Kortrijk featured fourteen special stages, with the opening stage (Lavano, 8.97 km) on Saturday evening. Jos immediately set the tone by winning that stage. On Sunday, the stages of Zwevegem (8.69 km), Bellegem (11.25 km), Aalbeke (4.10 km) and Marke (4.72 km) were each tackled three times, with Lavano appearing once more midway through the day.

In the first round, Jos recorded P1, P2, P4 and P1, giving him the overall lead with a 13.3-second advantage over Davy Vanneste and Denis Squedin. The second round brought results of P1, P2, P1, P1 and P1, allowing Verstappen to extend his margin over Vanneste to 27.8 seconds.

The third and final round over four stages also went smoothly for Verstappen and Jamoul, finishing P1, P5, P2 and P2. Their lead ultimately grew to 35.7 seconds, now over Vincent Verschueren and Mathieu Vynckier, who edged out Vanneste and Squedin by half a second. After a total of 59 minutes of timed stages around Kortrijk, Jos and Renaud secured yet another impressive victory!
