Silly season update: Pedro Diniz is on the verge of signing with Sauber where he paid a visit to their factory two weeks ago. Ricardo Rosset might be returning to Arrows to take Pedro's place. Other possibilities for Arrows are Toranosuke Takagi or Pedro de la Rosa.

Due to a new FIA rule BAR will not be able to run two car's in a different livery next season as the team had planned to do. BAR has been granted it's proposal to drop the Tyrrell name and use the BAR name instead though.
